I think a day of no skin picking. 11 days  no cutting. I made it to onety one days   I did have urges all along though. Pretty close moments of giving in as well.

almost 17 I think. I'm losing count again. I feel like I want to relapse just so I can start counting again and accurately this time. However the not knowing thing is helping me push it away. It's making things better AND worse.
