I'm sorry you relapsed and harmed yourself again. I know how hard it is to go so long without self harming and then starting all over again. All I can say is keep your head up and start another countdown method to track how far you've come. Each time you'll learn. Good luck.

I agree with what Brittany says. Try not to beat yourself up about it, we all have relapses. And going 12 weeks without it just proves that you CAN do this. How about aiming for 12 weeks and 1 day next time? (or whatever happens to be one day longer than last time) I know you can do this because you've done it before. The important thing is though is that you're still trying Good Luck!
