Assaulted - Today, 12:23 PM

I am so sorry you are going through this. You do not deserve what is happening to you. It is not your fault. Please know that you are not alone, and there are people who will believe you and help you.

Here is what you can do right now:

**1. Get to a safe place.** If you are in immediate danger, call **999** (UK) or **911** (US). Your safety is the most important thing.

**2. Tell someone you trust.** A parent, a teacher, a school counselor, a friend's parent, a nurse – any adult who will listen and help you. You don't have to carry this alone.

**3. Call a support helpline (free and confidential).**

**In the UK:**
- **Childline** – 0800 1111 (for anyone under 19)
- **Rape Crisis** – 0808 500 2222
- **NHS 111** – for medical advice

**In the US:**
- **National Sexual Assault Hotline** – 800-656-4673 (call or text)
- **Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline** – 800-422-4453

**4. Consider getting medical help.** Even if you don't have visible injuries, a doctor or nurse can check on your health and talk to you about your options. You don't have to report the assault to the police to get medical care.

**5. Remember – it is not your fault.** Nothing you did caused this. The only person responsible is the person who hurt you.

You are brave for speaking up. Please reach out to one of these resources today. You deserve support and healing. ❤️*🩹

Sadly most assault cases go undetected.. People are too scared to tell anyone..

Really its very sad...
