Thinking of throwing up my food every time I eat too much and exercising at the same time. Exercise is good right? If I throw up my food like... sometimes, that wouldn't be that bad, would it? I am gaining weight and I can't take it. I wan't to smash my mirror
Hey Olivia, no one here can say whether you're bulimic or not, but either way throwing up your food on purpose isn't good, even if you only do it once. Exercise is good, but too much of anything, even a good thing is bad for you. Is there anyone you can talk to about what's going on?

Like Katie mentioned, we can't say whether you are bulimic or not but throwing up your food is not a healthy way of dealing with weight gain. Exercise can be good for you, yes but too much of anything can be bad for your emotional and physical well-being. Can you talk to someone who you trust like a parent, or teacher about how you've been feeling?
I'm not asking if I'm bulimic or not. I'm just saying that I'm thinking of throwing up my food because I'm gaining weight and it's not good. I don't have any support and besides, I don't need to talk to anyone. Throwing up my food is not the end of the world.
