alcohol sensative stomach -

everytime i go out and have a drink my stomach gets so sensitive i dont know if its the alcohol, but after i have a drink it gets bloated. what can i do to fix the problem? i hate it!

Maybe it's the type of drink you're drinking?? If you stick to drinks that aren't as fizzy as beer or alcopops, and have a glass of water in between drinks, it might help. Eating beforehand can also help too.

Drinking excessive amounts can cause bloating. It may just be how much you drink.
Either way, bloating is generally caused by a build up of gases caused by the alcohol. It's actually quite common and most people experience this.
You can eat more before you go out to drink.
Don't drink excessively
Drink water in between drinks. This helps rid of the gases, as well as keeps you hydrated.
And avoid eating grains and wheat products as they can cause bloating.
And just so we are clear, I am in no way saying it's alright to drink or that you should.
