I do like yogurt, but it's not something I eat very often. I kind of go through phases with it.

I have to be in the mood to eat yogurt. There was one time I got sick after accidentally eating expired yogurt and then I didn't eat yogurt again for another two years. Now I have to really want it before I'll eat it. I eat vanilla, strawberry, blueberry, and other flavors.

I'll eat it sometimes, but I'm really picky because of sensory issues. Vanilla, chocolate, and sometimes strawberry, or the kind with the stuff you mix in, is it. No weird flavors, or textures allowed.

I like yoghurt, but I try to avoid dairy in general, as I have chronic problems with sinuses, and dairy is not recommended in this case.
