I know there are different tiers in the college system, but I'm not really sure what each one means. One of the schools I was accepted to is a 3rd tier school, which I understand isn't the best. But, I was accepted with honors -- which means a great financial aid package, an inter-term study in the Galapagos Islands, more rigorous courses, and some added perks. Will it hurt me in the future if I graduate from a tier 3 school?

The reputation of the school doesn't mean very much. People mostly look at degrees and not really where they came from. If you want to go to a school and everything would work out well for you to go there, go for it.
