Does anyone remember a movie called Shazaam featuring Sinbad the genie

I was too young to possibly remember the existence of this alleged movie. But was wondering if anyone here remembers watching a movie called Shazaam that featured Sinbad as a genie sometime in the 1990s? I am doing research on the Mandela effect, where a large number of people have a collective false memory. Supposedly the movie never existed, but many absolutely insist that it did. There are no existing copies and Sinbad denies it, but looking on reddit it appears that a significant number of people swear by it so hard that they refuse to believe that the movie didn't exist. Some are even coming up with crazy theories: saying it must be a glitch in the matrix or something.
