My favorite band of all time is easily Dream Theatre  I rly love how clever their arrangements are instrumentation wise. There's so many examples of mixed meter and atypical chord progressions very dense harmonies absolute ear worm melodies extremely technically impressive playing from the musicians (I'm looking at you John Petrucci) and there's much more to love about them. My favorite album has to be 6 degrees of inner turbulence with solitary shell being my favorite track on the album by far. Do yourself a favor and check them out if you want to hear some of the most impressive music you've ever heard :3 does anyone else rly like their music
