I'm sure they do. But the question remains, just how much does Amazon know about us? I understand that it's a massive online retailer getting larger all the while high street shops remain closed throughout the covid crisis in some countries, and sure, Amazon's programs are impressive. For no reason at all. Since that unsettling experience they unplugged their Alexa and binned it.
