creative tattoo ideas? -

hi! so i really want a tattoo on my wrist or just something small, most likely a creative saying or symbol which in essence just will remind me of the hard times i went through for the past years and how everything is better now.. just to remind myself in case it ever gets hard again, it can get better too
 i was a cutter, i was physically and mentally abused, anorexic, and had no self esteem and i just went through a lot and fought back. now i am stronger and a better version of myself and i enjoy life, so i was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

aw that sounds nice. i was thinking maybe a symbol that meant balance or "never surrender" but over my scars is actually clever to cover them up! thank you

Some tattoo artists won't tattoo over scars. Me and my sister both had back surgeries and she thought about getting something on her back and the guy said he wouldn't tattoo over old scars.
