(Yesterday) I had to take the written exam for CPR/AED for the professional rescuer (I'm working on my lifeguard certification right now, and part of being a lifeguard is knowing CPR/AED). Not only did I pass, I got every question right.

today on the way back from work me and my dad sang along to loads of his favourite songs.. it was great =] havent done that in a while..
and i went for a walk with him, hes just got down to 24 and a half stone so he walked with me (it was only a short distance) but he got back up the big hill and he wasnt puffing and panting and he didnt have to stop every two minutes (he didnt at all) either =D so proud of him =]
