I filled out my paperwork for my counseling appointment, so now I'm all set to go as far as preparation goes.
And I sent him an e-mail saying a bunch of things, how things are looking up because I'm getting help and I know it's too soon to really talk again but that I wanted to let him know that I think everything will be Ok. And I'm honestly not sure what his response will be, but I told myself I will be ok with uncertainty for now and if he is annoyed with me, I will still be ok with myself.

Because I got an at home pedicure and my toes look so pretty I have ingrowns and a bunion, so it's something I've always wanted, to have pretty feet.
