why doesn't chat work?

So I'm having problem with chat again...the chat room just shows up as a white box and doesn't load.

Did I get kicked?

I don't think so. It might just be a glitch. You should report this in the bugs/suggestions forums.

If you were banned from chat room, or anything like that then I'm sure you'd be informed about it via PM so I'd say it's most likely a problem with your chat. The only things I can suggest is reading this thread here and seeing if it helps, or as Barbara said, report it in bugs/suggestions.

As a chat mod, if you were kicked and/or banned it would tell you when you were kicked from chat. And if you were banned, it would tell you that every time you try to go into chat. Not to mention, a chat mod would PM letting you know your were banned. So, don't worry about that. Plus, you have to actually be in chat to get kicked from chat. I believe it's probably a glitch. It happens to me sometimes. All I do is reload my page until it eventually works. Maybe upload your java or restart your computer?
