I'm not saying first, but in-person retail! Although, I suppose that's less "lying" than just saying what we really want to. And, there's a difference between telling the truth, and being a smart ass while doing it. Customers are difficult enough as it is. If they heard even more of what they didn't want to, there would be no business.
