I'm a bad, bad person. No wonder everyone hates me and I have no friends. He has every right not to love me. I am entirely worthless and should be ashamed of everything I am. I'm not alone because I want to be, I'm alone because I'm nothing. Absolutely fucking nothing and no matter what I do I can't change. I'm too old for this. Adults aren't supposed to be thoroughly terrified this way. They aren't supposed to be awake every night fighting through panic attacks.
I have nobody... not even myself.
