Parked her car and stepped out into a manhole. Video shows the cover had been dislodged by a truck.

The city or the utility company (or both) are going to get their A$$ sued off probably by the dead womans family... and deservedly so!

Its sad she didnt look down to see what she might be above

Oh no, that's super sad There has to be better precautions taken when there's construction, etc.
