I’m back!! After about 5 years... -

Hi guys! My name is Jess, and you can call me Jess or tempy 
I’ve been pretty messed up over the last few years and in and out of hospital a lot basically always on the verge of yet another suicidal crisis. I’m finally in a decent place and somewhat stable again, and I’m trying to find the old Jess again and engaging in things I used to enjoy.
So, I’m back and am planning to be active. I have gained a lot of knowledge and coping skills since I’ve been gone and am happy to share with anyone who is struggling now.
