I've been having a really hard time and haven't been able to be online.
I was actually a staff when this happened, and I can't tell you how sorry I am.
I hope you can forgive me.

Really sorry to hear you were having such a hard time. It makes sense that you wouldn't have been online during this time. But we aren't mad at you at all. We all go through difficult times and this can affect many areas of our lives. It's okay that you needed time away but we are glad you are back and hope you are doing better now
