Re: My bust grows again?

Hello, time has passed since this post.
My chest size seems to stop growing. I was finally happy!
Recently I noticed that my chest grows again. Now I'm seriously scared. I hope it's only a temporary thing!!

If you want to keep your breasts small, then you’ll need to stop drinking milk, because that fills them. Doing push-ups can burn breast fat if you’ve overfilled them.

AND an E cup is the same size as a DD, and an F cup is the same size as a DDD.
I'm the same size, J, but E cup is very big in most people's perspective, and I don't think anyone's body shaming? She's just saying she's afraid of her sudden changes

Milk doesn't have anything/has very little to do with breast growth, people aren't cows or something... and focusing workouts on certain areas for weight loss in that area is a myth, so you can't lose belly fat by doing ab workouts for example.

Not always .. Different stores and regions have different standards for bra sizing, so it confuses things, but a DDD is not always the exact same as an F

No they don’t, I’ve stopped wearing that bra now because it’s too uncomfortable.
Any changes with you?

I was a B before the pill now I am an E and my bra has been feeling tight even though I bought it two weeks ago.
I can understand you. Weight and hormones are not two things that collides well...

Re: My bust grows again?

Hi! When I was 17 I also started to have a pretty big late growth spurt in my breasts, like you.... I'm not sure what kind of advice I could give you, but I just wanted you to know that you're not alone and that it's normal to sometimes grow like this!

Re: My bust grows again?

As somebody who is naturally bigger up top - it can definitely be very normal to have larger breasts. As other people have said, your size can vary with weight loss or gain as well as hormones, and that's all very normal.

As with anything you're concerned about though, talking to a doctor can always be useful, even if it just puts your mind to rest. It may be worthwhile calling up and getting yourself checked over. If it is nothing to worry about then that's peace of mind, but otherwise it can help them to pick up on things they're concerned about and help you.
They can also help you to keep an eye on the impact of having larger breasts on the rest of your body.
For me, I always wear supportive sports bras, rather than bras with an underwire. Firstly they're just much more comfortable as the weight doesn't leave horrible underwire marks on me, but they also help to keep my back from hurting, and keep me comfortable throughout the day. This might be a useful thing to look into if you're having issues with bra sizes and support, as well as general comfort.

Re: My bust grows again?

HI there

While breast size can be impacted by things such as fluctuation in weight, hormones, or other factors causing changes in your body, it's also true that there are people who just naturally have bigger breasts than others. Typically, it's nothing that you need to worry about. However, if you are concerned about it for any reason, I would definitely recommend consulting a doctor. Your doctor will be able to give you peace of mind or provide you with any necessary information if there does happen to be cause for concern.

Take care,
Sam

I'm sure there's nothing important. It's a random happening.

Re: My bust grows again?

Hey,

Some people do have bigger breasts than others. It can fluctuate based on weight, hormones, and other factors. You may just be someone who naturally has large breasts, but if it worries you, you can always ask a doctor and they may do something such as bloodwork to make sure there's nothing hormonal going on.

Make sure you wear bras that are well-supportive. If it causes you back, shoulder, or neck problems you may be eligible for physical therapy, so that's something you can talk to your doctor about. If it affects your quality of life, you may also be able to get a surgical reduction if this is a route you want to take.

My bust grows again?

My situation may be similar to the others, so I need help.
I was a D size, then DD and now E size. I'm scared.
There's no much time passed since I was DD. I'm afraid I get this size in no time.
