Writer staff role colour change

Make Writer staff role colour a few shades darker

I'm probably the only one with this problem but still..

A small suggestion is to make the Writer staff role colour just a few shades darker. It can actually be hard to see against the white of the forum background (at least for me).

I have implemented this change to a slightly different shade that will hopefully resolve this issue for you while also being distinct from other username colours.
