    You know the Support Forums? Go to those and then scroll down until you find a forum that fits your needs, for instance if you want to post about depression or suicide, enter that forum, or if you want to post about relationships, enter that forum. Then there'll be a "New Thread" button which you click and type out what you want to say, then hit "Submit New Thread."
