    I know but it's maddening...and then you stop and think why would I have them in the first place? Ya know? I srsly spend hours and hours thinking about every single one of them. That's why I think I'm insane...I mean it makes sense

    EXACTLY!! I get them every night. Looking at a building, a picture, song, person, even a word can trigger them. I hate it. I seriously have times when I want to give up just because of them

    It's not even the fact that there scary I mean I'm used to them so there not really scary anymore but it's like I can remember all of them. Every single one. And anything triggers them and it drives me insane. I hate it.
