I'm really sorry about that - I believe it was an issue on my end, since I had both calls drop at the same time.
Hopefully that wouldn't happen in the future with Live Help (but unfortunately technology is temperamental), so I hope you're not put off by that. If you'd like to PM (or VM me) at any time, I'm more than open to that as well.
