Well, i believe everyone has a soul, but not everyone has a spirit.
And what I ment was an animalistic soul that is not your current species...
Such as my theriotypes (fancy word for soul animals) are Snow leopard and Caracal...

btw, heres the difference...

Lycan-The thought that someone can physically transform into an animal (completely impossible)

Therian-The thought that someone has a partially animalistic soul.

So no, it isn't impossible...
