Well, there's different positions. You can become a Buddy, like me. They help to make the new users feel welcome. You can be a HelpLINK mentor. They run the HelpLINK system and help the people out who submit a ticket asking for advice. There's also LiveHelp operators. LiveHelp is a system where you can talk live to an operator. The operators take the calls obviously, lol. You can apply to be a staff member after being a member for one month.

It's been about nine months. I joined TH is October and first joined staff at the end of December.
