Exactly. I mean it's not her fault at all and she did the right thing by getting him put away. She's being strong and after as many posts as there are that are repetitive like that it starts to seem as though people want her to feel like a victim. I know everyone is trying to be supportive but it's repetitive and makes it seem not so supportive. She deserves to feel loved and supported here on TH.

Thank you. I just want her to feel safe here at TeenHelp, not abused! In their own ways, their being supportive. She just doesn't need to hear it every time she logs on, especially when it wasn't her fault.

Aww love you too And I know what you mean. You didn't make it seem like that but after over 10 posts all saying the same thing it got repetitive and degraded her. You did the right thing and honestly I thought she needed to feel as supported as possible. And you did a great job of it.

I just thought I'd tell you: I love you . Thanks so much for backing me up with that 11 year old girl. I never meant to make it seem that you weren't being supportive, but everyone was posting the same thing so I figured she understood the dangers.
