My Dad used to be a police officer, then he was the chief of the town, and now he's the deputy chief of the county. It's scary stuff that they do and it makes me angry when people don't appreciate that they, like firefighters and people in the army, risk their lives.
There definitely are some cases where people make mistakes, but they are well taken care of for the most part.

Just wanted to thank you for agreeing with me about the police officer thread It's always nice to feel "backed up" in a situation, especially one which I feel very strongly for. My uncle is a police officer. So I support them 99.9%. Of course, that doesn't mean I support them when something wrong DOES happen, you know? So yeah, thanks
