from all that i have read and now about sperm count, briefs don't effect sperm count BUT tight jeans do. that is, the testicles are in a movable sack so that the body can control the temperature of the testicles where the sperm is manufactured and stored. therein, the sack moves up/down in accordance with maintaining the temperature that is perfect for the lil squirmies that make babies. thus, no worries on the briefs, but when ur ready for making babies, watch the tight jeans cuz the latter will make things NOT WORK :-)
