    Hello, to you. I'd first consider if your a nervous-type or a hyper-active type. Hyper-activity can cause alot of habbit disorders. And stress can do the same thing. A good idea is trying Yoga, its been considered very relaxing to the spirit and mind. Ti-Chi also works good on at clensing your aura, which is where most stress lingers. Plus you learn to kick some major ass, if you train in it long enough. Another good binofit for such problems would be Kung-Fu. Or like the others stated. Or just try to a sinsible habbit, one
