Yeah, it kinda does. Which is why i just stopped talking to anyone about how i feel. I'm slowly learning that it wasn't the best thing to do, and now i have to make myself or else i'll get worse.

Um it varies. For some stuff (I won't go into specifics since this is VM) they've grounded me then on other times I've heard a "I better not see this again" but no punishment or anything and sometimes my mom has brushed off thoughts like it'll just pass.
