So why don't you try concentrate on the things that make you happy?
Hang out with E or Halie and have some ice cream? Haha!
Don't think about the unhappy things, and I know school is horrible and you can't not concentrate on it but don't stress on it, don't let it take over.

It's ok if you don't know why you unhappy. We all get in a funk sometimes and for sometimes we don't know why.
Could it be school? If you feel under pressure by school you could talk to a teacher. The last thing the school wants you to be is stressed about work.

Talk to your therapy person (sorry, I don't know what you cal them) about it, they are amazingly good at picking up on tinie, tiny things, so I learned yesterday. It's freaky how much they pick up on. Haha!

Thank you. I did google and it said a parent will have to be told if I'm causing harm to myself or anyone else... Crap. Stupid google! Why does it have to know everything.

Thank you so much for commenting on my blog. I don't know what's making me unhappy
I don't know what to do about it. Yes, I still go to therapy, thank god. I friend of mine invited me to SH group therapy....but I doubt I'll go, mainly because I'd have to tell my parents about it.

By the way, I think you should tell J about the SH, just so she knows. I don't know if she can tell your parents, but I would Google it.
