Hey, I saw your post in the bug section, but for some reason it won't let me make a comment there. HelpLink does that to me a lot as well, and it's seriously annoying, especially when you had a really long, nice reply all typed out! I think it usually happens when you take a long time to reply, like it times out or something. Sounds like a security measure to make sure you don't walk away and someone else comes and hacks you or something. I deal with it by just copying my response into a blank Word document until I see it's been posted.
