Ah, well it's pretty easy (although slightly confusing), the first thing you have to do is log in........ (nah dah, Freddy ). LOL, but then the next thing you do is go to the User Control Panel:

And then on the very left hand side of screen, you should see a wee link saying "Customize Profile". Do not be afraid, click that and there are different things. Go to a little box thing on the top of the screen, it says "main".

You should see a little thing where you type something in, it says, "Background Image". Then you type in the URL of any picture you absolutely adore, go right back down to the bottom of the page, and click Save Changes.

Then finally, go to your profile and you should notice something different .
