You can Jen, you can do it. What's so different right now from a month ago? What's going on that's making you doubt yourself so much? It's coming from somewhere. Let me tell you that wherever it is coming from, it's a lie. You CAN do it. You are so much stronger than SH. Don't let it trick you into thinking you need it and can't make it without it. Because you can. You have before and you can again. Talk to me about what's going on. I'm here for you. I don't always have the answers, heck most of the time I don't, but I can listen and we can take this walk together. It's a scary journey, but together...it'll be less scary. And we'll have a hand to hold. Remember how you told me it was okay to let people carry me? Well it's the same for you dear. I'll carry you until you can walk on your own. And even then I'll be right there beside you. You aren't alone Jen. Don't give up. You deserve happiness. And you can have it. You can have good things. It's like a gift sitting in the corner that you refuse to unwrap...because you can't accept it because you have all these things and maybe people telling you that you're terrible and don't deserve good things. I'm telling you that you deserve it. So unwrap the gift. It's yours. You deserve it.

Very little...well, okay, coursework and stuff...struggling along with it . Completely lacking motivation .
Things have been a bit bleh ro be honest .

Hi Jen!!
It has been a long time!
I'm doing OK - I think.
I'm still losing weight and very VERY slowly getting into 'shape'.
[A somewhat more pleasing shape!! lol]
So that's good.
And on Monday I'll be going away for about 10 days.
I'm helping my mom with a few things.
Not sure if I'll be able to get 'online' - but maybe that's a good thing.
[We shall see!!]
I'll probably suffer some sort of TH withdrawal symptoms.
Who knows... maybe I'll be shaking uncontrollably the whole time!! lol
