That's amazing by the way, I'm almost two days clean, but I was 7 months clean at one point, just keep it up, you've proven to yourself that you can definitely do it. Music helps me so much, but it's difficult for me right now, my phone and iPod both broke at the same time, so all I have for music is my laptop, and I don't take that around with me much, I'm too lazy. So that's one of the main things making stopping SH hard for me right now, there's nothing to calm me down when my girlfriend isn't here.

Yeah, I know what you mean. The bad songs help me, but at the same time I wouldn't want anyone else to listen to them because of me, simply because I don't know how they'd react. Everyone reacts to music in their own way so it's best for me not to tell people what I listen to aha. :P

Lullaby is my favourite though, that song without a doubt changed my life, back when my self-harm was at it's worst I found the song and it changed my life. I'm a rock/punk person myself, but I do listen to some acoustic, metal, rap, etc as well. :P

Yeah, I have quite a few songs that mean a lot to me, I won't post them here because some of them aren't the best songs to listen to if you're upset or feeling down. But a few of them are:

Eminem - Not Afraid
Nickelback - Lullaby
Good Charlotte - Hold On
Skillet - The Last Night
Oasis - Stop Crying Your Heart Out
Devlin - Rewind.

There's quite a few more, but they're some of the positive ones I listen to
