    hey girl hey! long time no talk! I miss you too!! I'm doing okay. I just got home from a psychiatric residential facility a month ago, and i'm doing a lot better than before (socializing more, taking better care of myself, etc) but i have also still been struggling with mood swings and paranoia/flashbacks, which is really tough for me.
