I don't know the type of karate because the class that I took at my school was only a semester long and the class was called Karate/Self-Defense. But, there are some tae kwon do elements involved.

Full Tilt and Unwind are so. Good. I love them. Bruiser was definitely not one of his best, but I did enjoy it. I need to read some more by him. And then get all my friends to read it, too.
