Struggling to see the point

I've been trying so hard to hold it together the past few days, with a new job starting soon, my old University are still trying to do all they can to ruin my life and future career.
I really want to cut myself but I'm trying really hard not too, those thoughts are then leading to thoughts of overdose and I'm finding it really difficult to push them back. I just don't see a point anymore.

Home life can be challenging at times because of all the changes that will need to be made to help you make yourself better. However people at home may not be as accepting to the changes as you are so it is important that you can respect.

Keeping friendships alive

Friendships are one of the most important things for someone to have when they are mentally ill. It is so important to have someone out there that you can have a chat with when you are feeling a bit down and it is nice to have company should you need it.

However sometimes the strain of the work you put on them can take its toll on the friend and you need to understand that they may need some time away from the strain of everyday life whilst keeping friendships healthy.
