There are lots of different types of Anxiety including panic attacks and phobias. Panic attacks do include the following things:
• Pounding heart or chest pain which can feel like a heart attack
• Sweating, trembling, shaking which can make it feel like parkinson's disease
• Shortness of breath, sensation of choking as you are low on energy
• Nausea or abdominal pain which can be anywhere in the body
• Dizziness or lightheadedness
• Feeling unreal or disconnected
• Fear of losing control, “going crazy,” or dying but can be prevented by talking to a doctor
• Numbness and therefore sometimes don't feel like pain that is normal
• Chills or hot flashes
please be aware that some of these feelings can feel more extreme then they are for example they can feel like heart attacks for example.

Phobias are more specific. They are a fear of a certain item, a situation, or activity. This is a hard thing to deal with as they can happen a lot. I have fears that I would rather not talk about myself but have found myself in which can feel very scary.

There are really only 2 types of treatment available - medications and psychotherapies. This does take a very long time. You can have both if you need them but unfortunately a lot of people don't go and get help which is a real shame but it is a real beneficial thing to do.

If you feel like you need help please give me a comment and I will do a piece on counseling at a later date for any advice you may need.
