Coping with something like this can be one of the toughest questions you may ask yourself. It can often be quite daunting when you realise that this is reality and you have to get over this but with some easy steps it can work.

Resting is one of the most important things anyone can do during this time. Nobody is going to think that you are stupid because of it and if you need to rest a lot then that can happen. Most people won’t mind even seeing you in bed if you are down because they will want to help you to get better and to make a positive change.

Eating and drinking are also vitally important and anything can work. Drink coke and eat cake for what I care because that will still give you energy that is important that you have to keep going through the day.

Doing what you want to do is also vital because they can help you not think about it. I for one like trains so for me doing anything to do with trains can help me not think about it. If you like a sport then play it as that will help you or watch whatever you want or go out wherever you want.

Having support from others is my final big point. Everyone should have those people around them as they will give you all the support you need. Don’t rely on one person though as they may not be able to cope with it all the time.

You are priceless so please don’t do anything dangerous. There is plenty of support out there so feel free to make the changes so that you are happy and everyone around you is happy.
