Take a shower

Not sure I am up to much but showering is the one self care activity I need to do. It's a little cold so I am going to wait and maybe turn the heater on as well.
Call my psychiatrist's office. I might call at exactly 9am or I might wait till 10am to see if they call. If I am unable to make an appointment by tomorrow I am going to end up having to go to their office Wednesday. That will be embarrassing but I'll have no choice.
I want to try and start my book as it does sound quite good.
I want to see if we can get one of the couches back here as it could help us to have a place to watch shows that isn't the bed.
I know my boyfriend and I have to go down town for him to get his A1C done. I am hoping for decent results.
I need to do some self care as well. I need to try and get back into the habit of showering every other night. I am going to try and start that tomorrow or I guess...technically tuesday.
I just want to get a bit of my book read. I would be okay with reading one chapter but one chapter leaves me at chapter 3 and I hate stopping at uneven numbers. Maybe I can try and get past that tonight but given my anxiety IDK.
I also don't want to over think my psych appointment because there was one point where he was a bit shore ... but idk ... I think I AM over thinking it because what happened Friday. I see him in 3 weeks so I should get a feel for it all over the next few months tbh. So there is no need to over think. He is actually providing me with good treatment so staying isn't going to impede that like it would if I stayed with a therapist I was uncomfortable with
I want to try and read a chapter or two of my new book.
I want to get through the stuff I have to do today.
I want to try and pick up my medication (don't want to do because my dad was rude to the pharmacist ...and I am embarrassed about it)
I want to try and relax after I am done.
Get one or two more chapters of my book read
Possibly hang out with friends
Take my boyfriend to school later
Try and relax since tomorrow is going to likely be a bit frustrating

Since it's technically past midnight here, my goal for today be to suppress my feelings for someone unavailable, focus on my work, and enjoy my time at home for the next 3 weeks.
Get through couples counseling
Get through the used bookstore appointment and maybe find the book for my nieces birthday
Try and read and maybe drop books off at the library? (Might have to leave that for tomorrow).
I need to try and get through tonight with family. My mania is better and it just happened yesterdy.
I want to read because I can tell i'll like the book.
Call to see if my car is going to be done. If so see if I can pick it up
Try and get in to the doctor for my sickness (bronchitis) so it doesn't get worse
If I can't get in with the doctor by Wednesday I'll have to call the volunteer coordinator to let them know I'm sick
Call the doctor at 8am to see if I can get something done about this sickness. It might not be bronchitis (I think it is) but it's worse then yesterday and it's going to turn into something severe.
Respond to the email I'll probably receive today.
Talk to the lady I emailed if she is nice.
Maybe go get my old pediatrician a thank you card and drop it off.
I just want to read and de-stres. I haven't been wanting to read until recently so I am running with it!
I also need to go to the store to get drinks. I want to get Iced Tea and a few other things as well.
Read some more of my book. I only got 30 pages into it. It's a decent read and the chapters are short so I'll probably be able to get through it relatively quickly? I hope I like it.
I am probably going to try and do other relaxing things today as the week was stressful.
