The anorexia part has come back. -

So I'm not doing this on purpose or anything. But food lately has smelled and tasted really bad. I get nauseous when I smell it. I am hardly eating at all during the day. If I eat I feel like purging. I honestly have to make myself eat at time then I feel disgusted with myself after words. I have gone days with not eating enough calories and the ate everything in site for two days. Yes I like the fact that it has come back because maybe I will be thin again but on the other hand it is controlling my life and it sucks. I'm so conflicted.. But then I'll screw up recovery. I just I don't really know anymore.

I know this is going to sound like a repeat of what you have hear a lot probably but, eating can actually help you lose weight. Even if it's just small snacks. It may be hard to do but even little things can help.
Please try even though you feel fat. If you don't eat you could get severely hurt because of malnutrition and no one wants to see that happen. Please try, we are all here for you if you need to talk hugs.

I believe Jake was giving you encouragement for recovery, Frankie. I don't particularly have any suggestions for how to not feel nauseous when you eat, but I think it is important you try and eat little amounts of food throughout the day if you can't eat much. Try foods like soups, saltines, and raw veggies. If none of those help, do you think you could at least try and drink some juice so you're getting some vitamins?
Do you think it's the fact you are eating that makes you want to purge, or perhaps certain foods bring on those urges more? Eating healthy foods really can do a lot, it works much better than any fad diets can. Eating fruits and vegetables are light and should be easier to get down, and hopefully will make you feel better about yourself than if you don't eat at all then eat something really filling.
