Do you know how important it is to drink enough water throughout the day? Do you keep track of it? Do you use anything to help, for instance a reusable bottle or a tracking app?
I always keep a mug filled with water next to my bed, so that I can drink before going to sleep and when I wake up in the morning.
I've heard about reusable bottles made by a company called Waterdrop. They come with some flavoured capsules to enhance the water's flavour. Has anybody used this product or a similar one? Is it worth it?

This is lovely Sue and thank you for sharing this with us. I drink a lot of water everyday, 10 to 12 bottles, also because I dance everyday too. I really do love drinking water, I always have this no matter where I go.

I definitely need to drink more water. Thanks for the information!
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life

I'm always drinking water! It's important as well to take small sips in increments instead of chugging water down at once. It'll help ease ease the process your kidney has to go through. Plus, drinking minute water spread throughout the day help ease water retention, such as bloating in unsavory places.
This is such great information. I tend to drink about 2 liters of water every day as I have a water bottle that has the measurements on the outside of the bottle.
I have one of those drinking bottles/flasks that has markings on it showing how much I need to drink between certain times, it also has like little inspiring messages on it like you can do it, keep chugging, keep drinking etc, I don't usually fill it with water - usually I fill it with squash or diluted juice which is mainly water based, you are meant to refill the bottle twice a day (its a 1 litre one), I don't always get round to refilling it, as sometimes I will have a cup of tea in-between, or something like that. Usually If I know I need to keep hydrated I will drink one of those electrolyte hydration drinks (the sugar free ones) and those I feel keep me more hydrated than water.

I keep a water jug in my fridge and try to drink at least 30oz from it every few hours or so. I don't always do this, though. I am needing to increase water intake though being on Ozempic alongside other things.
I tend to stick to similar types to keep hydrated. I have also got a water bottle that I take when I'm out and about. I make sure to drink more if I've been exercising or sweating a lot, to try to avoid dehydration!
