TeenHelp unstuck the recovery achievements thread and it died, and while I understand it not being a sticky anymore, I thought I'd start another thread and see if people would be interested in participating until this one dies.
I have not purged since January and I only had one cavity at my last dentist appointment, which was my first dentist appointment in three years. That means I'm doing less damage than I used to (at one point getting eight cavities in a year) and engaging in better aftercare for my teeth.

I have been packing food with me to work so I remove the excuses I gave myself and dont fall into the trap of subconsciously putting myself into a situation that I skip meals and secretly liking it.
