Poem of Ultimate Frustration! -
October 11th 2012, 11:36 PM
I am a poet.
I can describe dead grass in over twenty ways.
A dead bug in fifty,
and use a rock in countless different metaphors and similes.
But you leave me without words.
And it's driving me mad how you can just waltz into my
vision and have every part of my brain trained on you and
ways to describe your hair, eyes, laugh, and wit,
but leaving me without the proper words to express them.
I never fall for people.
You could put the most charming, attractive guy
in front of me,
and I would not give him a second thought.
Every time I'm away from you, I can convince myself I'm okay alone.
But when you come back into my life,
I know that I'm really not.

I really like this, especially the first stanza!
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive

My blog is open to all, those whom are easily triggered avoid, it's a story about a girl and her life and how far she has come over the years. If you read it, I hope it inspires you to keep fighting and to NEVER give up!
