So this is a bit different to my normal stuff but Im lying here and bored so thought i'd write something, watching made in chelsea so thats why it's a positive one for once :P

For each day that passes,
be proud that you’re still here,
for those 24 hours you’ve stayed strong,
you’ve faced those gruelling fears

Each day turns into a year,
and soon you’ll be happy again,
you may relapse, you may go back,
but you can get past this pain.

There are people out there,
who hurt others for fun,
you hurt yourself to get through the day,
so how are you the idiotic one?

Because one day this will all be over,
you could be living the life of your dreams,
travelling around the world or having a family,
even if you’re falling apart at the seams

How do you get past this?
it depends on who you are,
time, help, people or poems,
you can do it, you’ve already come so far.

It’s not about how many times you fall,
it’s having the strength to get up,
proving to everyone that you are strong,
you don’t need to rely on luck.

So try your best to smile,
sing, write, scream and shout,
try and turn your life around,
you’re worth it cause that’s what life's about.

and you feel like your end is near,
