quiet, shy and closed off from the world,
Waiting for the sun to shine,
A chance to be the real me,

Waiting to be found,
Silently swaying not making a sound,

Inside are the secrets I may never tell,

Maybe one day I'll learn to trust,
My shell will fall and hit the ground,
And I'll blossom,
Because I will have been found.
