Annoying erection

Hello, I will try to describe my problem:

I've had this tickling sensation in my penis since I can remember. Because of this, I had a lot of unwanted erections. I was at a lot of doctors but no one was able to help me. Either they said 'It is normal' or 'It will go away later'. But it never did go away.
In puberty, it got a lot worse. Whenever I have an erection, I'm leaking precum. These erections last from 1-3 hours. After that, the erection will go away for some time, 30 minutes or so, but then come back.
I've tried to masturbate but it does not help. Either the penis will stay hard and this tickling sensation gets even more intense. Or it will get a bit softer (half erect at best) but will get back to a full erection after a few minutes like nothing happened. I don't even try it anymore. This is so frustrating.

Doctors think that it is something nerve-related but they were not able to treat it.

Apart from my parents, no one knows about it. It is so embarrassing for me and I'm not able to speak to anyone about this.
Has anyone experienced something like that? I really need help, I don't know how to deal with this anymore.

Have you mainly seen your primary care physician, or have you seen specialists as well? The reason I am wondering is because there's a specialist called a urologist who may be able to help you, if you haven't seen one already. While they see people of any gender, one of their big responsibilities is the penis.

I think to see a specialist it's the better thing to do in this cases. This is not something to pass over.

Yes, I was already at a urologist. They did a lot of tests but could not treat it.

How do you deal with the precum leaking?

I'm wearing underwear that doesn't let it through, or at least the most of it.

Hmm how much are you leaking?

I don't know, I can't measure it. And I think it varies a bit... But if I put on new underwear, after 30min there is a big wet spot in it.
If I only could get rid of this precum leaking. It would make it a lot better.
Sometimes I'm barely able to sleep with all of this going on...

If you are having a continuous erection, then you need to see the doctor — possibly a urologist — as soon as possible. This could be a hormonal issue, and it needs to be addressed. If it's causing discomfort and is disrupting your life, your ability to sleep, then that makes this issue serious.

Again, you need to go see a doctor as soon as you can. I understand it can be embarrassing, but get treated so you can move on.
