Google says the largest verified size is 14.4 inches. Can weird things happen? Sure, I guess. But we aren’t going to be walking around with tons of people at that size.

100% for sure we don't know. You must consider the blood pressure and circulation problems around it. Surely with time the world record will increase and even the normal sizes will increase but will take decades for it...

5" is a good size

A friend of mines is 8 and it must be hard getting it not to show,etc
